A traveller between time and dimensions
‘Detailing the journey of dimensions into poetic harmonies,
Singing about the aspirations that I once did not even dare to think of’
Do you still remember the drizzle during his performance? The warm serenade coupled by the drizzling raindrops, made it one of the many beautiful moments to remember at last year’s Tian Kong Music Festival.
In his recent features in Tian Kong Wayfarer, he toured quite a number of varsities and higher institutions, with every feature and collaboration, he has been reflecting on himself, his performance, and the distinct ambience made possible with varying environments. “Focused and fearless”, are words that he used to describe the energy felt at his tours and that, is nothing short of fascinating.
From years of accumulating a plethora of experiences, he is back with his latest works, reconstructing himself from a ‘Traveller’ to a ‘Wanderer’. No longer just hinging on simplicity, unpolluted and intricacy, but seeking answers for the burning questions in life, and a reawakened definition of the Good and the Evil. This year, he will be debuting his most recent works in his yet-to-be released album, “Obscure”. The lyrics delve into a narrative of ambiguity and obscurity, the contrast from being intensely fixated to slowly losing focus. Meant to reflect the social awareness of the modern day and not being pinned down by stereotypical constructs, introspecting our consciousness.
Let us ingest on the words, read between the lines, for perhaps in obscurity and in losing focus, everything doesn’t have to be bound by mere rationality.
